At Sameway Rides, we strive to ensure a smooth and secure experience for all users. Below is our refund policy concerning payments made through the Razorpay payment gateway.
If a payment fails due to a technical error at the gateway or issuing bank, Razorpay typically processes an automatic refund. This refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
If an automatic refund is not processed, or if the payment is more than 6 months old (as most banks do not support refunds for payments older than 6 months), users can contact Razorpay support with proof of payment to request a manual refund.
Additionally, if the payment is successful from Razorpay but the transaction is not reflected in the Sameway Rides app, users can contact our support team at info@samewayrides.com with the payment proof for manual resolution. We will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Users must report payment issues within 15 to 30 days of the transaction to be eligible for a manual refund. This allows us enough time to locate and verify the payment and resolve the issue.
